There is a lot of promotional talk about 0% bail bonds  these days. It would be nice to think that you could just get out of jail for free. However, if bail required to get out of jail, then bail will have to be paid by someone. It’s going to cost somebody something to get you or a loved one out of jail and back home where they belong. In California, the state sets the rates bail bond companies charge to not exceed 10%.

So what is meant when someone advertises 0% Bail Bonds? Is it really a get out of jail free card? Get Someone Out Of Jail Without Money

Even if you have the cash on hand to pay bail, you may need to keep that money available for other things like living expenses and attorney fees. Whatever the reason, employing the services of a bail bond professional like Justice Bail Bonds may be the answer to your dilemma. Bail Bond Companies work with a Surety Company to help you get out of jail for much less than the full cost of bail. For a small, non-refundable fee not to not exceed 10% the bail bond agent will place a bond with the court, rather than you or a family member having to pay the bail in cash. The bond assures the court that the bond company will help ensure that the defendant will appear for all hearings and proceedings related to the charges against them. After the bond has been written and filed, the defendant is free to return home to daily life.

While out on a bail bond, the defendant must appear for all court hearings and proceedings. This ensures that they won’t have to return to jail, this time without the benefit of bail. If a person fails to appear when instructed by the court, the bail bond agent or law enforcement personnel will have to take the defendant back to jail and a judge will be less likely to allow that person to get out of jail again before a trial has been completed.

Get Out Of Jail Free

If you or a loved one has been arrested, a bail bond agent can help get them out of jail fast! Bail amounts vary, based on the charges against a person, and can often run into the tens of thousands of dollars. In some cases, bail can cost more than $100,000. Many people cannot afford to pay the full amount of cash bail when they’ve been arrested. This is where a bail bond agent comes in.

How To Bail Someone Out Of Jail With No Money

A Bail Bond Agent can file a bond with the court on behalf of a defendant. The bail bond is a promissory note that tells the court that the defendant will be sure to appear for all proceedings and hearings regarding their legal case and that if the defendant fails to appear, the bail bond company will pay the court the full amount of bail in their place. California law requires that bail bond companies charge a rate of at least 10% of the cost of bail in order to file a bond on behalf of a defendant. However, Justice Bail Bonds works hard to help the local community when they are facing the stress and difficulty of an arrest. Justice has programs designed to help you or a loved one get out of jail free with payment plans that require no money down.

To qualify for a zero down bail bond, the defendant or a cosigner must have a home or other property with equity equal to the amount of bail and a job. If you or someone you love needs to get out of jail free, but you don’t have the necessary equity in your home, Justice will still work with you to find a payment plan that fits your situation.
