Do you have questions about payments or how they work? If you’re looking for an easier way to pay your bail, our payment options are designed to be flexible — whether you need to pay with a credit card, debit card, PayPal, cash, cashier’s check, wire transfers, bank transfers, or even Western Union payments, we’re here to help.
How to pay
Please call 951-445-4155 to make a payment. We can walk you through the process and take payment over the phone or in person as well.
Our payment options vary depending on the case and location of your loved one. Still, we offer various affordable options that can be paid to help them get released as soon as possible.
Accepted payment methods
Online payments can be made using any major credit card. Debit card, PayPal, cash, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, bank transfers, and Western Union payments are also accepted:
- Any major credit card
- Debit card
- PayPal
- Cash
- Cashier’s checks
- Wire transfers
- Bank transfers
- Western Union
There are various payment methods to choose from, and we offer flexible options so you can be sure you’re getting the best results no matter what situation arises.
Financing & payment plans
*Financing is also available on approved credit. If you’re looking for an easier way to pay your bail, you can lower your financial burden by asking for bail bond financing. You’ll pay a percentage of the bail bond, while Justice Bail Bonds takes care of the rest.
Beyond the standard plan, we write 0% Bail Bonds and 1% Bail Bonds for those who qualify — instead of the typical 10% down, eligible first-time clients can secure release while paying as little as 1%, or nothing down on approved credit. After resuming your routine and work, you’ll have time to make small installments.
Discounts
We offer discounts to make bail more affordable. Discount-eligible groups include:
- Homeowners
- AARP members
- Union members — nurses, teachers, construction workers, auto workers, and government employees
- Military & law enforcement members and their families
- Existing clients and family members
- Clients who have already hired criminal defense lawyers — we want you to afford skilled legal representation and build your case
