Justice Bail Bonds does not send unsolicited bulk email and does not work with marketers or agents who do. If you received a message that claims to be from us and you did not request it, treat it as spam, do not respond, and let us know.
Our position on spam
We forbid the sending of unsolicited bulk emails — or emails of any kind — in connection with the marketing of our website, our services, or any of our bail agents. This applies to anything we do directly, anything done on our behalf, and anything sent by a third party representing themselves as connected to us.
What we consider spamming
Our definition of spamming is any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission.
In addition, we consider it spamming to:
- Post advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the rules of the newsgroup
- Post off-topic content in newsgroups, message boards, forums, or chat rooms
- Place advertisements in groups, boards, or rooms that do not explicitly permit ads
- Place advertisements anywhere in violation of the terms of participation on that platform
Reporting spam
If you are “spammed” by anyone regarding our website, our services, or any matters relating to us or our bail bond agents, please report it to us directly. Forward the message, including its full headers if you can, to info@justicebailbonds.com. We investigate every report and take action where the sender is identifiable.
